As conversations swirl on social media regarding climate change, health care and racial discord, a former Airbnb executive said if Tampa Bay leaders want to be successful, they need to lean into tough discussions.
“Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching,” Rob Chesnut, Airbnb’s former chief ethics officer, said. “But the thing is, everyone is always watching. So, the need for integrity is more important than ever.”
Chesnut was a keynote speaker on Wednesday for Synapse Converge, a three-day virtual conference held by Synapse Florida.
