Nancy Vaughn is a multi-passionate entrepreneur and principal, PR & Marketing Director at White Book Agency, an award-winning, full-service public/media relations, culture marketing and special events firm serving fashion, wellness and lifestyle brands. Always curious, Nancy is known for bringing her special blend of critical thinking and creativity to businesses looking to discover (and uncover) new ways to increase their visibility. 

Nancy excels at assisting media professionals and clients alike, and is called upon frequently by media outlets for her PR/business knowledge, coaching and industry connections. A diversity, equity, inclusion advocate/activist, Nancy is also the founder of Tampa Bay Fashion Week and the 3% Accelerator (supporting creative entrepreneurs of color),  a trend spotter, mindfulness practitioner, and a tea drinker. She serves on Leadership Florida’s Special Council on Equity, Equality and Justice, is a member of Athena Society and The League of Extraordinary Women, and served on the boards of The Centre for Women and the American Advertising Federation Tampa Bay.
