General Attendees Amalie Arena’s open design kitchens are available to purchase lunch. Havana Nights, Dog Gone-it, Snack Shack and Grab and Go will be open between Sections 110-114 on Level 3
*Vegan options are available at each lunch pick up location VIPs – Lunch will be available in the VIP Lounge located on the 1st Floor Ice Level.
Exhibitors – Lunch will be available at the Rum Fish Grill on Level 3.

Lunches are catered by Inside the Box catering, a social enterprise of Metropolitan Ministries which provides culinary arts education and hands-on vocational training to men and women transitioning out of homelessness.

How do I get to Amalie Arena?
We strongly encourage using your favorite ride sharing service, the free TECO Streetcar which stops right at Amalie Arena, or you can book a ride with Downtowner via their website, http://ridedowntowner.com
Do I need to RSVP for individual sessions?
No – your General Admission Summit pass allows you entry to all regularly scheduled programming. For VIP exclusive sessions, a VIP pass is required.
Is there coffee and water available?
Yes. Synapse Summit attendees will have water and coffee available to them for free throughout the arena as well as refillable water bottles thanks to our incredible sponsor Skyway Capital Markets! VIPs are invited to visit the coffee barista located at the Skyway Capital Markets exhibit on the Ice Level of the Arena.

I’m an exhibitor. When can I set up?
Load-in will take place on Wednesday, Feb 16th from 2-6pm. Exhibitors will be given a temporary pass to unload their vehicles at the arena loading dock but then will have to move their vehicles to the nearby garage. They can return to the arena through the premium entry.
What time can I get into the arena on the day of the event?
The doors open for exhibitors at 7am. Attendees can enter the arena at 8am.
When do exhibitors need to break down their exhibits?
The exhibit hall is open until 5pm. All exhibitors should plan to stay until 5pm before breaking down their exhibits and departing.

You can register your exhibitor crew at THIS LINK or use the code EXPO22 on the registration checkout for general admission tickets. If you already registered for a ticket using a different code please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make sure you get coded correctly to get access to the arena for setup and get lunch during the event.

Wednesday, February 160, 2022 │ 2:00 – 6:00 pm
If you have big/heavy items and require the loading dock, you must use the Compound Lot. You may unload and park temporarily for a maximum of 30 minutes. All cars must be moved to the Pam Iorio Garage for longer term parking. Walk from the garage to the Premium Entrance at the front of the arena and a volunteer will direct you. There is absolutely no unloading from your car or parking anywhere else around the arena.
If you can hand carry or roll your items, you must park at the Pam Iorio Garage at 301 Channelside Drive and walk to to the Premium Entrance at the front of the arena.
You will be greeted by Synapse staff at the Main entrance from Thunder Alley or the Loading Dock and will be issued your event badge which will be used throughout the event. Please verify that your badge includes “Exhibitor” on it before leaving the registration area. Please safeguard this badge as reprinting incurs an additional cost.
- There are a limited number of hand carts available for your use. If you need a dolly or a hand cart please consider bringing your own. No hand carts will be at the Premium Entrance, only at the loading dock in the compound lot.
- There are two cargo elevators available to get to the exhibit halls on floors 3 and 4. There can be a wait. Thank you for your patience.
Your exhibit space includes a lunch provided and will be available from 11:30-1:00 on the Club Level. Your exhibitor badge will be your lunch ticket.

REGISTRATION AND BADGE PICK UP
As a speaker and/or moderator for a breakout session at Synapse Summit, you are registered for a VIP Pass.
You can pick up your VIP badge at any of the following:
- The VIP Reception on Wednesday, February 16 from 6:30-9pm at the Tampa River Center at Julian B Lane Park (RSVP Required; Space is Limited).
- The VIP Line at the ReliaQuest Ticket Office located at the Amalie Arena.
Name badges will be available at registration, located at the ReliaQuest Ticket Office at the Amalie Arena. Please be sure to have a photo ID. All speakers are automatically registered for the Summit, but must have a badge to obtain access to the Summit.
Any staff or guests joining you must also be registered in order to receive a name badge. Please send their name, email and organization as soon as possible to Basha.Ferdinand@synapsefl.com
SPEAKER CHECK IN
Upon completing your check in, please check in with our speaker coordinators at the RSM Loft on Level 4, Club Level on the 4th floor at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
COMPLIMENTARY FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Lunch, catered by Inside the Box, will be available from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm. Complimentary lunches for VIP Pass holders will be available for pick up at any of the following stations:
- Speaker Lounge in the RSM Loft on Level 4, Club Level
- VIP Lounge on Level 1

A parking pass will be issued to all speakers prior to the event as well as the location
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the arena. Network is AmalieFreeWifi. No password is required, but a page will pop up to input your email address.
There is a great deal of interest in the Synapse Summit from local and national media outlets. Please note that all sessions should be considered on the record, as members of the media will be circulating throughout the arena throughout the Summit.

PREPARATION & AUDIO/VISUAL
Synapse Stages 1-7 are around the perimeter of the Club Level 4 of the Arena; Synapse Stage 8 is on the 5th Floor. Synapse Stages are set to include:
- 2 handheld wireless microphones and 1 wired microphone;
- A 70” TV, high top table for placement of laptop and/or notes, and power access for a laptop
- Slides are not mandatory but if you plan to show a PowerPoint or video you must bring it on a laptop with HDMI input along with an advancer/remote if you prefer.
- A 16:9 PowerPoint template is available you can download here via Google Drive.
SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP – LET’S DO WELL BY DOING GOOD
As part of the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem, we believe that social entrepreneurship is important to the success of any community. Synapse believes in “doing well by doing good.” That’s why we’re proud to include these initiatives at Synapse Summit 2022:
