Where is the event?

Synapse Orlando will be at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center located in downtown Orlando.

How do I join the virtual sessions? Do I have to watch it all live?

Once you purchase your tickets you’ll be able to access all of the virtual and hybrid content via the agenda page


Can’t join a session live? No problem! All virtual and hybrid content will be available for you to enjoy on demand until October 31st.

How can I connect with other attendees, sponsors, & exhibitors?

Where can I find out about directions, traffic & parking options?
Is WiFi available?

Yes, free wifi is available throughout the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. 

Will Lunch and Coffee be Available?

Yes!

Pre-Ordered  Lunch

At registration, attendees who pre-ordered lunch will receive a ticket stating what you ordered. Lunch will be distributed on Tier 1. You will need to present your ticket to receive your meal. If you lose your ticket, you can visit the help desk also located on Tier 1 for a replacement.

 

Onsite Food & Beverage Options for Purchase

A limited lunch menu will be available for purchase on site, as well as coffee and snacks throughout the day.  A vegan option will be available.

 

VIP Pre-Party, Lunch, Coffee & Cocktails 

VIP ticket holders are invited to the VIP Lounge on Tier 3 to enjoy unlimited coffee, snacks, lunch and happy hour options.

I purchased a VIP ticket. What's in store for me?

Kick-off your experience at the VIP Party on Thursday, October 20th from 5-8pm at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center..  Join us for networking and cocktails with a view on the 5th Floor Terrace.


During Synapse Orlando be sure to visit the VIP Lounge & Stage on Tier 3.  Coffee and snacks will be available all day, and beer and wine will be available in the afternoon. You will also be able to pick up your lunch, network and relax, and engage in exclusive VIP content throughout the day. 

Is there an official Synapse Orlando After-Party?

Yes! All attendees are invited to the official Synapse Orlando after party from 5-7pm presented by Cogent Bank and CodeFirm, at Haus on Church (123 W. Church Street, downtown Orlando).

Can I connect with other attendees before, during and after the event?

Yes! The Synapse Orlando Bizzabo app allows you to connect with speakers, sponsors, and other attendees.  Download the app to send direct messages, schedule meeting times, and send LinkedIn invitations to leaders in Orlando’s tech and innovation community.

What details should I know as an exhibitor?

Exhibition will be open on Friday, October 21st from 8am-3pm.

 

Load in will be available on Thursday, October 20th between 3:30pm and 6pm and on Friday October 21st from 7am-8am. You MUST have an assigned time and location. If you do not, contact exhibitor@synapsefl.com

Load out must be completed on Friday, October 21st between 3-4pm.

 

Please arrive at your assigned time and drop off location due to limited space. 

For REAR drop off on S. Rosalind Ave:  Pull into the loading dock bays to unload equipment only. There is no ramp on the dock, so please plan accordingly to lift items onto the dock or bring a box truck. Once the equipment is off the truck, the truck will need to move to allow for the next vendor to load-in.

 

For FRONT drop off on S. Magnolia Ave: This location is at ground level. Vehicles can temporarily stop to unload and then must be parked offsite. This is to prevent “traffic jams” at the entrance and enable other exhibitors to unload. You are welcome to have a staff person stay with your materials, or Synapse volunteers who will be in the building, while you park your car and return to set up your exhibit space.

What details should I know as a speaker?

Speakers are given a complimentary VIP registration for Synapse Orlando.  You will receive a personalized link to your speaker profile, where you can view the details for your session time and location within the venue.
