In this second episode we’ll continue designing software for a great learning experience. We’ll turn our focus to the UI layer and how to represent a user’s learning journey visually. We’ll deconstruct inspiring examples of different types of data visualizations.
You’ll leave with a *slightly* (hey, it’s only an hour) better understanding of:
Why a *very* basic understanding of psychology will drastically improve your UI designs.
Why a fundamental principle of information design is “1 + 1 = 3 *or more.*”
How to use data to inspire and motivate, instead of misinform and manipulate.
Who is the workshop for?
No experience is required to attend! If you’ve had some experience with design in general, there is still a lot to learn from this workshop. This is a no-strings-attached opportunity for you to gain design knowledge and find out if product design is something you’re passionate about. Just show up, and learn something new!
