**It’s time to fly Agile Enterprise**

Current State: agile is still in the infant stage in Malaysia, however, most of the MNC’s and GLC’s have embraced Agile values and mindset.
Agile is rapidly transforming the traditional project management landscape in Malaysia. Despite its popularity, questions still remain to be made to the Malaysian companies that truly understand how to adopt Agile as part of their transformation journey.

How We Started: To champion the Agile movement in Malaysia, we at our organization intend to shift in practices and benchmarking of best-in-class models to redesign the Agile Enterprise framework and implementation for PETRONAS.
This talk will be about how we adapted the Agile Enterprise as well as the Development of AE transformation roadmap creating an Agile COE together with Catalyst and capability POD.
One of the key areas is to:

* Scale best practices for the organizations adapting to Agile Enterprise from the initial Agile Methodology.

I will share the outcome of the transformation, the feedback received during and along the transformation, and finally, some important lessons we learned along the way.
The Key areas we drill further :
• Wholesale organizational transformation
• Pervasive shift in mindset & behavior
• Cuts across multiple functions

By sharing our experience, I hope to encourage more companies to gain the advantage of Agile Enterprise exploring further possibilities from Agile practice itself.
