Scrum@Scale is based on the belief that the best way to scale scrum is with scrum itself. We will be exploring the expectations and responsibilities of the different scrum roles and clarifying the different roles involved in team-level Scrum as well as what new roles exist in Scaling Scrum at an enterprise level.

Dr. Ernesto Custodio has over 30 years of experience working in the IT field. His experience includes Product Management, Software Development Management, Business Development Management, Project Management, Agile Coach, Agile Trainer, and Chief Product Officer, working with startups and Fortune 500 Companies. As a Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer, (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC), CS@SP, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CSM, CSPO, PMP, and Registered Agile Coach, he promotes Agile practices to build innovative solutions. His expertise includes large-scale Agile transformations and managing geographically dispersed teams. Ernesto holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Information Systems.
