This will be a hybrid in-person meetup with Zoom accesiblity, at NSU’s College of Engineering and Computing, Carl DeSantis Bldg, Room 1133, Ground Floor.

Long-time FLUX member Murray Portnoff will present an overview of system and application monitoring, with a practitioner’s view to distinguishing the monitoring of technical processes from business processes. Zabbix will be set up as a demo to illustrate concepts, with instances and applications running on Ubuntu, Parrot OS Linux, and Windows 10.

Socializing begins at 6:30 PM, and presentation / discussion begins at 7:00 PM.

Pizza and soda will be provided.
