Summer is the time to squeeze in as much fun as you can. That being said, how could you say no to dancing a summer day away at a music festival? Here at Ironhack, we say let’s get planning.

“Python 101: Let Data Find Your Next Music Festival”, will leverage Python programming to your advantage to load, extract, and analyze data. Using Spotify’s API to extract quantitative data about music, you’ll be able to choose which festivals will guarantee you a good time this summer.

You’ll be able to see the potential of Python as a data analytics platform from data mashing to beautiful graphs and insightful tables.

We will start with an introduction, move into getting to know Python, then use the Spotify API, and finally visualize the results. Please be aware that you are required to have Anaconda Python Environment (Python, Jupyter, Pandas, and Seaborn).
