In this talk we’ll explore using the open source Nanos unikernel toolchain using both Nanos and OPS. We’ll look at building unikernels locally and deploying them to your favorite cloud such as AWS or Google.
We’ll go over the properties that unikernels have that give them greater performance and better security than traditional Linux VMs and talk about how they are being used in real production environments today. We’ll contrast them to containers and Linux VMs.
By the end of the presentation attendees will be able to deploy their own unikernels and explain to others.
