How to avoid falling into the wheel of comparing yourself with others, overdoing and feeling stressed?
How can you start this new period of the year with the right foot, remaining present, focused and resilient, while getting important things done?
In this interactive 1-hour workshop, we will practice together some mindfulness-based techniques to start small, incorporate healthy habits in the workplace and handle challenging emotions that many of us experience during September.
