How Complexity Drives Clinical Data Needs in Healthcare

October 19, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Recent developments in neuroscience have led to deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease, with pre-clinical and early clinical studies investigating slowing the emergence of the disease via molecular targets that go beyond traditional dopamine pathways. Parkinson’s is at its “polio crisis,” where scientists are moving away from reversing disease in the very sick to preventing disease in those at risk. This increases the urgency of getting complex insight into people before the disease manifests—a challenge for data collection, sharing, and management. Getting these workflows right is just as important as reaching the top experts.

Join a neuroscience data expert to look at:
• How break-through knowledge is increasing therapeutic complexity;
• How industry, medical experts, and health systems can work together to increase access;
• Examples of these challenges being overcome in Parkinson’s care.

All levels welcome.
