During her tenure with various construction companies, she gained knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Certified Payroll, AIA Billings, NTO (Notice to Owner) Processing, Contract Review, Insurance Verification, all aspects of permitting, and became well versed in Minority Participation Reports and Minority Certifications. Having worked for the past 22 years in Construction Accounting Tiffany saw a need to help small businesses with their administrative processes. In order to accomplish this goal, Tiffany obtained her bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing in 2009.

Donnet Bruce is the founder of the Miami-based beauty line Nubian Oasis and is a professionally trained life coach and marketer by trade. She previously worked for BlackTech Week, where she curated workshops, panels & brunches to help founders in South Florida get their startup off the ground! Donnet’s body of work has been featured in Essence and The Huffington Post, amongst others.
