Business of Pride: Synapse Florida, ally company honoree
Synapse is a leader in supporting and showcasing LGBTQ+ Florida innovators. It recently featured LGBTQ+ speakers and experts in its programming, and also included a “Welcoming LGBTQ+ Leaders into the Innovation Community” in the spring Synapse Summit program.
The goal throughout the year is to celebrate innovative leaders who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and Synapse continues to do that by hosting industry experts, thought leaders, business executives and investors to events around Tampa and beyond. The organization is also proud that the Tampa Bay LBGT Chamber is a member of its Impact Board, and is also in the process of adopting an official non-discrimination policy…
