With over a decade of experience across the U.S., Australia, Africa, and the U.K., she blends economic strategy with real-world behavior—working with global banks, tech startups, and nonprofits alike.

Beyond her business work, Etinosa partners with charities to provide financial counseling to underserved communities and hosts the Her First House podcast to empower women entering real estate investing.
